Employment Week website launched
B2B events specialist, Summit Events has used our content management system since
September 2008, so when its team took over a new exhibition
(employmentweek.com) based
in Brussels, they needed to integrate the website into their existing content management system - and quickly!
The transfer of the existing website took less than a week - far quicker than the
domain transfer, which consisted of over eighty pages of information relating to the exhibition.
With the new website in place, Summit Events was able to start maintaining the
website content almost immediately, maximising its ability to conduct online marketing activities straight
away.
Once the website was up and running we helped get the data integrated into the
client relationship management system and
successfully migrated over one hundred thousand records, enabling Summit Events
to stay in touch with past, present and future exhibitors, visitors and sponsors.
"Ayrmer Software moved quickly and efficiently to transfer over the new
event website, enabling us to effect a seamless transition. The existing
database was imported into our own system (incidentally, also developed
and supported by Ayrmer Software) in an apparently effortless operation,
though we are well aware that a lot of work went on behind the scenes! The
result: we were able to pick up and run with this new event as if it had
always been part of our portfolio! Thanks Charlie [Collins] and your team!"
